Why can’t I find the part I am looking for in your webshop?

Steentjeswereld.nl is constantly working on adding new parts to the webshop and offering the widest possible range. We do our utmost to meet everyone’s needs. If you are looking for a specific part, let us know by e-mail or by using the contact form so that we can add it as quickly as possible in the webshop.

How can I search for a specific part?

Each part has a unique part number (eg 3001). This number can also be found on the box or on the instructions. If you enter this number in the search function at the top of the page you will see this part in the different colors that are currently available in the webshop. You can also select by color, size or category (eg Plate, brick, etc.)

How quickly will I receive my order?

At Steentjeswereld we always try to ship the order within 1 to 2 business days. Often this is also faster. If there is a longer delivery time due to enormous crowds, we will indicate this on the website.

I miss something in my order, what should I do?

Of course we check your order as meticulously as possible, but it can sometimes happen that a part is missing or something else is wrong with your order. Of course we always solve everything. We send a part or credit a part. If you are not satisfied at all, you always have the right to return the order (within 14 days).

How can I pay for my order?

The Steentjeswereld webshop works with WooCommerce, this well-known webshop system is one of the best. You add the items to your shopping cart, when you are done go to the shopping cart and enter information and choose a payment method. You can choose for a lot of payment methods, for example iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact, Sofort banking, EPS of Giropay. If you still have questions or you cannot find a solution, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I also come to find parts or pick up my order?

Of coure, you can pick up your order from Marum, the Netherlands. You can choose for the shipping method ‘pick up the order in Marum’ and you are welcome to our warehouse. We don’t have a physical store, so you can search for and add the parts from your sofa or chair to your order.
